The first Universal Law, as stated by Edgar Cayce, the sleeping prophet is this: If a particular situation is in your life, it is there because you put it there. Your thoughts, words, and/or actions have created your life as it is at this moment in time and space. Do you like where you are? Do you enjoy the people and situations that surround you? If so, I congratulate you on a job well done. You have mastered your mind and consciously created your wonderful life.

If you do not like what your life is, you are likely in this situation because you have unconsciously accepted beliefs, generally belonging to, and taught to you by others. Your subconscious, your electromagnetic field, your aura, your quantum resonance field -whatever name you choose to use- is attracting experiences into your life based on the beliefs and/or warnings of others that likely were subconsciously accepted by you as fact, when you were small. You very likely accepted these beliefs as a child when people, who were trying to protect you, told you things like, “be careful” “don’t take unnecessary, foolhardy risks” “don’t talk to strangers” and the like.

These, and so many other warnings we hear as children, from well-meaning people with only our best interests at heart, are accepted as facts by our subconscious. That subconscious, which is unable to edit the information it hears, stores all these facts. In so doing, it creates within our aura a field that magnetizes to us whatever we believe to be true. What we believe is possible for ourselves, and what we think we want are too often very different.

If, from the information it has received, your mind has decided that the world is a very scary place full of unscrupulous people, for example, that is precisely what you will attract. If your information has been deciphered to mean that all men are untrustworthy lechers, or all women are gold diggers, that is what will be magnetized to you by the field that has been created. If you have accepted a belief that you’ll have to work hard to make ends meet financially, that is what you’ll create.

Do you really want to keep creating “hard luck” because somewhere along the line your subconscious accepted the belief that your life is always going to be “a hard row to hoe”? If you look carefully, you will see that all these negative perceptions are fear based. Even now we are still being programmed in fear. For example, we are being told constantly that dark skinned, turbaned people are to be feared as potential terrorists. That, is a very big, and in most cases, an incorrect assumption.

I believe that we come here to learn. I also believe that we have a choice as to how we learn. We can learn through pain or joy. If your life’s lessons are a long string of painful events, you’ve accepted fear-based perceptions. You can only attract to yourself what your beliefs have programmed into your quantum resonance field. We create our reality, not by what we think, but by what we believe. The underlying belief will always win and become manifest.

If your lessons are being learned through pain, isn’t it about time that you decided to question your beliefs and learn through joy? If what is in your mind is not empowering, it is a belief, most likely originally belonging to someone else. Those beliefs can be changed. You just have to recognize that you can change dis-empowering beliefs. If you change your mind, you change your beliefs and so your quantum resonance field is changed. Voila, you attract something new.

Look around you. Misery likes company. If you are not surrounded by helpful, empowering people, if you see only struggling individuals, you’re in the wrong ballpark. Those who have given up on their dreams and have given in to struggle cannot support you in attaining your dreams. Adjust your beliefs and move to a new playing field.

It is within your power to examine your beliefs, discard the fear and pain beliefs, and replace them with empowering ones.

Shelters from Truth

The masks and armor that people use to protect themselves from their ignorance is inhumane. Saved from Jesus baffles the majority of minds I ask, -Are you Saved from Jesus? Truth is blocked by the ego as if it were the linemen of the Green Bay Packers! The ego is generally the worlds greatest enemy! The ego thinks up infinite things to protect what it thinks of itself. The ego is small and even smaller if it appears as a big ego to protect the fear of truth, and EVEN IF the truths are false!!!

This thing called love of self is NOT a mirage or illusion and something to disregard while looping with information of comfort, even if it is an illusion. Life is a gift and, the greatest thank you is to give back by first opening up yourself to truths of living in higher consciousnesses that have been hidden from the masses to do list since the beginning of mankind.

Judgments directed at anyone, whether they are things that YOU need to look at or not, regardless of right or wrong, must always be remembered that they are the inner character of ONE, and apply for ALL. You are the one you judge and the one who judges you, IS YOU! The separation is of the mind more than not. Most have heart and brain blockages and all judgment further cements that unfortunate dilemma.

Armor to protect the ego is the armor that cheats the heart from all the beauties that seem to be unreachable. Armor from truth that is created by the ego needs to be let go of. The masks to protect the attachments to false notions of who one really is, is the mask that imprisons each. Inner communication is facilitated by dropping out of the mind into awareness and finding out who you really are.

Life is a moment slowed down for each to see it and do the best possible to encourage the godliness within. Throw the masks and armor away and be vulnerable to whatever comes and see it as a catalyst to learn the infinite truths.

Familiarity and Comfort
…is the environment of Sheeple!  Suggest any openness or unfamiliar things and, the wall of shields goes up.  Everybodys going to be DEAD sooner than they suspect anyway and, to be in the most unbelievable time in this universes recorded history while acting like a barbarian seeing fire for the first time, is comparable to the greatest moral sins ever occurring! I’m a great neighbor, friend, listener, humorist, mensch, and sincere ordinary guy not particularly interested in this bullshit enlightenment- male- spiritual- macho thing of some and yet, it’s amazing the fear and denial that comes up where I walk because I’m a catalyst and provocateur for examining behavior and modification possibilities of groups of people types, with no judgment on a personal basis. Have to meet a thousand people to find one who is really cool and, doesn’t forget to laugh and see the positive possibilities in all. I join many many chat rooms of thousands of people who claim to be open minded and when that comfort and familiarity gets challenged in their unconscious-denial-avoidance demeanor, the cackling gets rather loud and amusing! Tolerance is a word to use if one is on a minimally developed level, as against people who have self love, rarely need to use what that word means. My writing the other day on Positive Nazis mentioning the phoniness of most peoples positivity to mean not-see shattered more than a few minds in my connections on the internet. On a personal basis, its always wise to adjust to a persons threshold of openness, but on a speaking to the crowd level, it’s very different.  On a more intimate basis, Free speech rarely happens in bedrooms across the world!!! Or, the joy of taking it all in… whenever! The spiritual world is mainly commercial for show just as enlightenment in all cases, is likely commercial enlightenment  fostered by egos of self empowerment. Other than 2 or 3 (maybe) I’ve met no verifiable cases of couples that measured up to what some call actualized soul mates or, loving unconditionally to standards of godliness. Familiarity and comfort breed contempt for the unfamiliar that rocks comfort. Its often not too late though, for those who are in submission to let go and allow surrender to fill their personal being!

What happened to love? Everybody is looking for love, but the world is full of hate. With love something very drastic has happened. This OSHO TALK goes deep into the psychological understanding how our authenticity about love was spoiled. – Never judge anybody by his act, because the real thing is not the act but the consciousness through which that act has been performed.

How to Love with Awareness and Relate Without Fear -

“Love should be a reality in your life, not just a poem, not just a dream. It has to be actualized. It is never too late to experience love for the first time.

Learn to love. Very few people know how to love. They all know that love is needed, they all know that without love life is meaningless, but they don’t know how to love.” — Osho

From the works of Living Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. During his 32nd birthday celebrations on January 1, 2009, Swamiji delivered the following breakthrough message:
Living Enlightenment is living a conflict free life. Key ingredients to live enlightenment are: 1. Shakti (Energy) – Change Whatever You Can; 2. Buddhi (Intelligence) – Accept whatever that is not needed to be changed; 3. Yukthi (Clarity) – understanding that whatever you change, the whole world or what you call as reality is a constant and continuously changing dream, and 4. Bhakti (Devotion) A deep feeling of connection with the unchanging Energy or Master or Existence. When You Live all these dimensions experientially you are a Jivan Muktha or living enlightenment.

Reiki and Manifesting Your Destiny – How to Construct a Reiki Manifestation Triangle
Author: Selina Khanreikidates

Manifestation has been a hot topic ever since the release of the movie The Secret. Using energy, focus and intention to help create the best outcome in our lives is not a new concept. How does Reiki fit into this? Reiki energy carries the essence and vibration of love. Love is the only energy that is real. Everything else is illusion. When channeling Reiki energy toward a future vision, the vibrational quality of Reiki helps to attract situations, people, and opportunities to us that also carry that same vibration. Just as we must let go of the outcome when giving a Reiki healing, in manifestation, we must do the same. Holding onto and becoming invested in our vision in a needy, or rigid manner means that we are operating from a level of fear. Fear is a different vibration than love and will create more situations where our fears are triggered. This can be a learning opportunity and a chance to transform ourselves as the universe always mirrors our core beliefs. From my own experience, I manifested a job after being out of work for nine months. I used a Reiki Manifestation Triangle. Here is how you construct the triangle. 1. On a large sheet of paper, draw a triangle 2. Beside the left point, write your name 3. Beside the right point, write your goal in a brief sentence. For example – to own and live in my own house. 4. Above the top point, write the outcome. The outcome needs to be very specific and detailed. If you ask for vague, you manifest vague. Here is an example – a two-story house, in Etobicoke, with three bedrooms, cream coloured wall to wall carpeting, with finished basement newly painted in green pastel where I spend each evening relaxing with a great book, etc. You get the idea. 5. In the middle of the triangle, write – I am now manifesting this or something even better for the highest good of all. Or use your own words. Everyday I reviewed each corner of the triangle. I would draw a Reiki symbol over it, read it out loud and send energy over the words. In order to help me visualize the Reiki Symbols, I used a pen to draw a Cho-Ku-Rei over each corner. I started with my name, moved to the goal, and then to the outcome. When I sent energy to the outcome, I visualized it with as much emotion and focus as I could. I saw myself happy in my new job, loving my coworkers, and feeling fulfilled. Then I would end the session by reading the statement in the middle of the triangle. The final step is to give thanks and let it go. Just trust that it is starting to take shape in the energetic realm. It took less than a month using the Reiki Manifestation Triangle before I was working again. There are many manifestation techniques that you can incorporate Reiki energy. Try this one and may you manifest a life full of love, joy, and peace.

What is Deeksha (Oneness Blessing)oneness_speaks

Author: Bryan J. Johnson

Deeksha or oneness blessing is given in the spirit and compassion of the Deeksha giver. Deeksha in saskrit means initiation or benediction. Everything that the physical world embodies, when perceived by the five senses, testifies to the fact we are in constant state of separation with self. The physical world represents a sacrifice of oneness. Everything simply is what it is. There are so many different states of experiencing this as there are people.

Deeksha results in the activation of certain centers and de-activation of parts of the brain that brings about a shift in consciousness. A Deeksha blessing is the transfer of divine energy. The giver places there hands on the head of the recipient for about three minutes. There is a powerful transmission of divine energy to the receiver. This transmission accelerates the evolution of consciousness. This energy assists in creating access to the divine grace and an experience of oneness.

Deeksha does not belong to any spiritual or religious tradition and it seems to further your growth on whatever path you are on. When you become more present in the now, other practices such as prayer, meditation and yoga seem to become more enhanced. Deeksha removes stress, fear and separation.

It is the next great lesson of this world and spirituality. Deeksha is not new. Many ancient civilizations have known it as a basic component of human exsistence. Oneness is an inner perception that defies outer evidence. It is a gentle process of awakening and a deep experience of connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Human beings are the only form of life that has lost their attunement of these fields of life and unity. Deeksha allows us to re-attune to the higher consciousness and oneness with the divine. The experience you might feel are a tingling sensation in the head or energy flowing through the body. Sometimes it is strong, sometimes it is subtle and sometimes it can be delayed for some days later or you might not feel anything at all. Repeatedly receiving the blessing over a period of time leads to a direct awakening with the oneness that is all divine. Unity with God or your higher power if you prefer can be found through this process.

The oneness blessing is embracing in that each person experiences his or her own concepts of God, source or spirit. Whatever the experience it is definite that the process of awakening has begun. The process is a custom design for each person which will lead to a full awakening into oneness. It is normal for a person to feel inner peace, relaxation and well being. Some people report feeling lighter more empowered and refreshed. The blessing will bring about a complete shift in consciousness. People also report more harmony in relationships and more success in all areas of there life. When the senses are aligned with the divine grace the constant chatter of the mind slows and we open up to love, joy and peace of mind. Negativity in your life will begin to dissolve and deep emotional and physical healing will begin.

Awakening is a process in my experience is a necessity. To think we can do it without the help of an enlightened presence is long and hard journey we do not have to put ourselves through. Everyone should seek out a deeksha giver and let them help with the awakening process.

To feel all the gifts of love and bliss, in the background, of necessity, is pain. The inner preparation of loving oneself is a preventative maintenance for the ʽhurtsʼ on lifeʼs journey. Experiences are learning opportunities whatever their implication might be.. No being who walked the earth, ever, was void of pain. How one deals with pains is the gift of choice. Pain is different for those on a clear path of the positive.

The choice when pain enters ones universe involves either reaction in everything from repression, denial, ignorance, running and, on and on. OR, on a higher level with the same pain, is another choice – ʽrespondingʼ or, dealing with it on the highest level possible. Having a being filled with more ʽunfinished issues businessʼ that clings to the memory of negativity, is a sure opportunity for suffering or denying the inevitable passing dark clouds that come from time to time.

How we have chosen to set ourselves up, be it for love or pain, determines whether it brings a ʽreaction or a responseʼ. The unprepared, usually an ʽescaperʼ from self love, sensitivity, and not paying previous attention to dealing healthily with a myriad of situations, gets the booby prize to add to their collection of undealt with emotional traumas. In a sense, life is perfect in recognizing what weʼve put into it vs someone who has put little into ʽanythingʼ and, is far less likely to be rewarded.

Emotional pain is best watched and experienced with only self love, love for the other and, acceptance of what occurred. Often things happened for reasons that we only later, at best, begin to understand. Always, there are ʽgifts of insightʼ for those who pay attention and seek ʽcorrectionʼ for better choices in the next moment. (stream of consciousness)

Inner Peace – Where To Begin? by Jajeanty

What is inner peace?  A clear conscience?  Total acceptance of self?  Reckless abandon?

Inner peace is a state of being that supercedes any and all circumstances taking place in one’s life.  The trick to finding inner peace is to shift our sense of power and control from doing to being.

The demands of everyday life are immersed inside people, places and events that come at us from all sides.  It’s hard not to feel as if life is happening “to us” instead of “with us”.  The only thing we truly have control over at all times is how we let life’s circumstances affect us.  This control -this choice- is not an easy one to see amidst the pressures and demands we continually face.

Cultivating inner peace requires a priority shift that values quality of experience over productivity, efficiency, or outcome.  Regardless of the circumstance or task at hand, choosing to be -to flow- with a situation grounds us in the experience.  It also grounds us inside self.

More oftentimes than not, the biggest obstacles to being at peace with self are the thoughts that run around in our heads throughout the day.  Thoughts about what we could be doing, what we should be doing, or what we’d rather be doing carry undertones of lack, loss, and worthlessness which eat away at our core self-essence, and preempt any possibility of inner harmony from taking root.  Inner peace and negative thinking patterns cannot exist in the same mind-space.

In obtaining inner peace we enter into the essence of who and what we are as individuals, unfettered by the “mental” requirements of roles, expectations, or circumstances.  Realizing that life is meant to be lived rather than endured, or conquered, or ignored puts us back in the driver’s seat.  If we make up our minds that our primary objective within any circumstance is to experience it to the fullest, we’ve in a sense made peace with the circumstance at hand, and made “a peace” inside self.
3 Quick De-Stress Triggers
With work and family and other obligations, a lot of us don’t have a spare hour, or so to dedicate to cultivating a lifestyle of inner peace.  Meditation, taking space, or even quiet time are luxuries of time that just aren’t available.  Fortunately there are small, practical techniques we can use to redirect our focus within stressful situations, and in the process, incorporate a lifestyle of inner peace within our daily routine.

BREATHING
Short breaths, rushed breathes, or shallow breathes will put the body into a stress state without us even knowing it.  Breathing is one of those things to be put on our checklist whenever there’s a stress build-up within the day.  Deep breaths tell the body everything is ok.  Physical relaxation is a definite pre-requisite to entering a state a inner peace.

GROUNDING
Grounding is a visual technique that involves focusing on an object in detail.  It can be anything – a chair, a picture, a window, a pen.  Focusing on it’s characteristics (color, shape, texture, contour, shading) puts us back in the moment, which can be helpful when thoughts and plans and worries are going through our heads.  In effect, this exercise tells our minds to shift out of “doing” and into “being”.

REFRAMING
The roles and expectations we place on ourselves can be the biggest obstacle to finding inner peace.  Roles and expectations are oftentimes walls and boundaries in disguise.  Sometimes just asking ourselves “Is this how I want this to affect me?” is enough to reframe our perspective on a situation.  By asking this question we can automatically put ourselves back in the driver’s seat.  The bottom-line being, we can always control how situations affect us.
Cultivating inner peace is an ongoing process.  It’s a lifestyle that depends on the quality of the experiences that make up our lives.  Life’s demands require us to be doers, first; but that doesn’t mean we have to relinquish our sense of presence and experience in the process.

Finding inner peace can be summed up in one familiar saying : “It’s the little things that matter the most.”
